Please follow the following enrollment procedures:

1. Family comes to school and the Home Language Survey is filled out and indicates another or additional language that is used at home. Please contact the ELL office if an interpreter is needed and one will be sent over as soon as possible.

2. Contact Ashley Glass immediately in order to schedule an appointment for the student to be tested.

3. Make sure the enrollment paperwork is filled out using the full birth name of the birth certificate. No names should be hyphenated unless done so on the birth certificate. Please see the document below on how to create accents on a mac/pc. (Ex: é)

4. Send over any foreign transcripts that were supplied in order for them to be evaluated and placed in the correct classes.
