Welcome to ESOL at Basehor-Linwood USD 458! The mission of the English Language Learner (ELL) program at Basehor-Linwood is not only to help all students develop and reach their potential but to advocate for, develop and support the language learning process and cultural adjustment for both students and their families. Staff, teachers, parents and volunteers will work together to improve students' skills in both academic and social settings. This will empower them to be successful and contributing members of society in an increasingly global world.

This site will supply everything parents and staff need to know about our new ESL program. Please use the tabs on the bottom left to navigate the site and find specific information. Make sure to browse through all of the tabs as new procedures and protocols have been put in place and many positive changes have been made!

La misión del programa de los estudiantes de inglés no es solamente ayudar los estudiantes desarrollar y obtener su potencial pero abogar por, desarrollar y apoyar el processo de aprendizaje de la lengua y adaptarse a la cultura para los estudiantes y sus familias. Todo del personal, los maestros, los padres y los voluntarios trabajará juntos para mejorar las habilidades lingüísticas de los estudiantes a fin de que tengan éxito.
