TEAM
All students are assigned to a TEAM Advisory Program that is part of their 6th hour class. TEAM is an acronym which stands for Together Everyone Achieves More. The philosophy, goals, and objectives complement the district and middle school ideologies. The teacher, as an advisor in the program, will be expected to be someone who cares about, accepts, and is a friend to the students of the group assigned to him/her. The advisory program provides time scheduled at the end of 6th hour each day to develop attitudes, behaviors, and skills that will contribute to building a positive self-concept based on academic and social success.

TEAM is for every student struggling with the ups and downs of growing up. With a little encouragement, a young mind can see a long way. The TEAM Advisors desire to help young people realize that the only real limits to learning are the ones we make for ourselves. |
