An eMentor is a volunteer who mentors via secure district email. eMentors are professionals from several different careers who are matched with high school seniors interested in looking at life beyond graduation. The student and the professional email back and forth with a series of questions and answers regarding resume, career interest, educational needs, and job placement. This is a life skills project intended to encourage and enhance career exploration for BLHS seniors. Announcements will be made early in the school year for interested BLHS seniors to be included. Matches are made after a career interest survey is completed, and student/professional interview conducted.
