District Office Summer Hours

Effective Tuesday, May 28, the USD 458 District Office summer hours will be Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

National History Day Competition
"Brown v Board of Education: Turning Toward Hope" is the BLHS exhibit that will be on display at Smithsonian's National Museum of American History on June 12 while our BLHS NHD team is in Washington D.C. at the National History Day competition!

The Wizard of Oz

Bryan Corlis from Starlight Theatre presented this banner to Ms. Knowles and Mrs. Reynolds to acknowledge two Blue Star Award nominations for BLHS' production of The Wizard of Oz. One nomination for Outstanding Scenic Design and Construction and one for the Rising Star Scholarship - Sarah Jacobs. The awards ceremony will take place Thursday, May 23 at Starlight Theatre!

Earth Day 2013

BLMS 7th grade students and Mrs. Cooley plant flowers for Earth Day 2013. Each grade level at BLMS sent representatives outside today to plant flowers in front of the building.
